Currently, due to holiday season 2021 demand, our order turnaround time is 5-6 weeks. If you place your order prior to November 1st, we are guaranteeing your order will arrive prior to December 23rd, 2021.
Shipping generally takes 3-5 business days to get to your doorstep! You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order is ready to leave our warehouse. Sometimes we even prepare your tracking label in advance for preparation.

Set Up and General Set Information:
Yes, it is! All of our triangles are now foldable, our listing has yet to be updated. Now essentially, the only difference in the pikler triangles is the sizing.
The extension legs are compatible with the original PlayWilder triangle. Essentially, all you need are 6 extra extension dowels and 4 extra legs to make the entire triangle you currently have extended into a larger triangle.
Absolutely! On one side ramps are textured with either rock pieces or ladder pieces and smooth on the other side.
There is not a lock on the triangle; however, all PlayWilder toys are made of FSC certified, carb P2 compliant, NAF certified (basically, nontoxic and high grade) baltic birch plywood. It should be very sturdy if assembled correctly! Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns about your PlayWilder Toys.
The size bolts that come with your set are M6-1.0 x 50mm. They are available at Home Depot or Lowes if you want to purchase them on your own. Also, if you need extra bolts, we’d be happy to send them to you! Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The arch is reversible to a rocker, it has handles on both ends, almost like it was built to rock! Any pillow insert or cushion would work as an insert.
Yes, the dowels on your triangle/cube/arch will fit anything with a 1.5inch diameter.
Sealant/Set Care Questions:
Unfortunately, we are unable to seal sets in our warehouse at this time; however, many customers have bought and sealed sets on their own! Below is the link to the non-toxic sealant we recommend for outdoor use:

One quart of sealant should be more than enough for your entire set.
We do not recommend leaving your sets outside permanently, as weather conditions (i.e. rain, snow) will cause eventual wear and tear. However, if you must leave your set outside we highly recommend covering it with a tarp/similar to help preserve your PlayWilder Toys!
We recommend lightly wetting a rag with water or a nontoxic and gentle cleaner (like Branch Basics). For tougher stains like sharpie or marker, 220 grit sandpaper around the area should do the trick!
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
